We use the PSAppDeploy Toolkit to help with logging for our support teams and we like to have the package set to use 'Whether or not a user is logged on' so the app is per-installed on the machines. As soon as you log on and open Software Center and rerun the installation it runs through without issue but always fails when no user is logged on.
